About the Editors:

Once again Selma Willms Turner drew on her extensive background in food research and preparation to create for you an array of dishes and treats that delights your family and friends with the Holiday Season. Selma earned a BHE degree at the University of British Columbia (and later upgraded to Dietetics). She has also worked as a County Home Economist, taught Science and Home Economics, and served as Direct of Dietetics for the Abbotsford Hospital and the Mission Hospital. As she did with her first book, Selma has brought a comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, nutrition and presentation to this book. Selma lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia, with her husband, Alan, and near her two daughters and families.

Neil Klassen, who is Selma's cousin, enjoyed doing the design direction and much of the photography on this book. He has extensive background in art, design and photography. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BEd degree as Art Education major. He has worked as a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer and ad copy writer, in a variety of contract situations and as a freelancer. Neil brings his love of history and storytelling, as well as his art and design abilities, to this book. He lives in Abbotsford with his wife, Rebecca, their sons and a manx cat.
