This outstanding cookbook, published by The St. Anthony's Catholic Church Anniversary includes a Centennial Tribute of the history of the church. The first wooden church was dedicated in 1917. Selz was heavily settled by Germans from Russia who emigrated from the Catholic village of Selz, Kutschurgan District, today near Odessa, Ukraine.
